How Online Betting Works at 3rrc

Online betting is simpler than it might look the first time. At the core, you are predicting an outcome — who wins a cricket match, how many runs are scored in an innings, whether the total goals in a football game will be over or under a certain number — and placing a wager in PKR on that prediction. If your prediction is correct, you win an amount determined by the odds. If it isn't, you lose the staked amount.

The odds are the numbers attached to each outcome on the 3rrc platform. They do two things at once: they indicate the implied probability of that outcome happening, and they determine how much you win if it does. Higher odds mean a less likely outcome but a bigger payout relative to your stake. Lower odds mean a more expected outcome with a smaller return.

At 3rrc, every market you see has these odds displayed next to the selection. Clicking or tapping a selection adds it to your bet slip, where you enter your PKR stake, and the potential payout is calculated automatically before you confirm the bet. The whole process takes seconds once you are familiar with the layout.

Pre-Match vs In-Play Betting

Pre-match betting means placing your bet before the event starts. Odds are set based on all available information at that point — team news, conditions, form, head-to-head history. These markets open days or even weeks in advance for major events like PSL fixtures and T20 World Cup matches.

In-play betting — also called live betting — happens after the match has started. On 3rrc, once a PSL match goes live, the betting markets update continuously as the match progresses. After each ball bowled, the odds for match winner, next wicket, runs in the current over and dozens of other markets shift to reflect what is actually happening on the pitch. This is where the most dynamic and interesting betting happens for cricket fans who follow the game closely.

Good to know: In-play odds at 3rrc update ball by ball during T20 and PSL matches. There is a brief acceptance window when you tap a selection — this is normal and exists to prevent you locking in a price that has already moved. The system confirms your bet at the price current when it is accepted.

New to Betting?

Start with simple match winner bets on cricket or football before exploring more complex markets. A single bet on Pakistan to win a T20 international is the most straightforward way to get familiar with how the 3rrc platform works. Once you are comfortable with how bets are placed and settled, you can explore live markets and accumulators.

Odds Formats Used at 3rrc

3rrc displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most common format internationally and the easiest to calculate payouts from. Here is a comparison of the three main formats so you understand what you are looking at.

Decimal Odds
1.85

Default on 3rrc. Your total return = stake × odds. A PKR 1,000 bet at 1.85 returns PKR 1,850 total (PKR 850 profit). Simple and intuitive — the number directly shows what you get back per PKR 1 staked.

Fractional Odds
17/20

Used in UK markets. The left number is your profit, the right is your stake. 17/20 means PKR 850 profit on a PKR 1,000 bet — the same as decimal 1.85. Less intuitive for most Pakistan players.

Moneyline Odds
−118

American format, common in US sports coverage. Negative numbers show how much you stake to win PKR 100 profit; positive numbers show profit on a PKR 100 stake. Rarely used in South Asia.

Reading Decimal Odds Quickly

Since 3rrc uses decimal odds, it is worth getting comfortable reading them fast. The rule is straightforward: multiply your stake by the decimal odds to get your total return, then subtract your original stake to find your profit.

Odds PKR 500 Stake Total Return Profit
1.50 PKR 500 PKR 750 PKR 250
1.85 PKR 500 PKR 925 PKR 425
2.50 PKR 500 PKR 1,250 PKR 750
4.00 PKR 500 PKR 2,000 PKR 1,500
10.00 PKR 500 PKR 5,000 PKR 4,500

What Odds Tell You About Probability

Decimal odds also carry an implied probability — the bookmaker's assessment of how likely that outcome is. You can calculate it by dividing 1 by the decimal odds.

Odds 1.25 (very strong favourite)80%
Odds 1.66 (moderate favourite)60%
Odds 2.00 (even money)50%
Odds 3.00 (mild underdog)33%
Odds 6.00 (longshot)17%

These are simplified figures. In practice, the total implied probability across all selections in a market adds up to slightly over 100% — this built-in margin is how any sportsbook, including 3rrc, operates commercially.

Bet Types Available at 3rrc – Explained Simply

3rrc supports all standard bet types. Here is what each one means in plain terms so you can decide what works for your betting style and budget.

Single Bet

One selection, one stake, one outcome. If your pick is correct you win stake × odds. If not, you lose your stake. The simplest bet type and the best starting point for new bettors on 3rrc.

Accumulator (Parlay)

Multiple selections combined into one bet. All legs must win for the bet to pay out. Winnings from each leg roll into the next, creating multiplied returns. Two-leg accumulators are called Doubles; three-leg are Trebles.

In-Play Single

A single bet placed after a match has started. Odds are updated continuously on 3rrc. Particularly powerful for PSL and T20 cricket where momentum shifts quickly mid-game.

Handicap Bet

A virtual head start or disadvantage is applied to a team before settlement. In cricket this might be a runs handicap — for instance, Pakistan −30 runs means Pakistan must win by more than 30 for your bet to win.

Over / Under (Totals)

Bet whether a specific total will be higher or lower than a line. For example, total runs in a T20 innings over/under 165.5. The actual result of the match does not matter — only the total.

Outright / Tournament Winner

Bet on the overall winner of a competition before it concludes. PSL champion, T20 World Cup winner, top run scorer in a series. Odds shift as the tournament progresses and markets stay open until the final.

Cash Out – Taking Control Mid-Bet

Cash Out is one of the most useful tools available on 3rrc for active bettors. When your bet is live — either during in-play or before an event starts — 3rrc may offer you a Cash Out value for your bet based on current odds. If you take it, your bet is settled immediately at that value rather than waiting for the final result.

This is useful in two scenarios. If your bet is currently winning but you are worried the situation might change — say your cricket team is ahead but the opposition is building momentum — you can lock in a guaranteed profit below the full payout. Alternatively, if your bet is losing but there is still a chance of recovery, you can cut your losses to a smaller amount rather than losing the full stake.

Not every bet or market supports Cash Out, and the available value changes continuously. You will see the Cash Out button in My Bets when it is available for a specific selection.

Betting Glossary – Terms You Will See at 3rrc

Online betting has its own vocabulary. Here are the key terms you will encounter regularly on the 3rrc platform, explained in plain language.

Stake
The PKR amount you wager on a bet. This is the amount you risk losing if the bet doesn't win.
Odds
A number that represents the payout for a correct prediction. On 3rrc, shown in decimal format (e.g. 2.10). Multiply your stake by the odds for total return.
Market
A specific betting option within an event. "Match Winner" is one market; "Top Batsman" is another. A single cricket match can have 100+ individual markets.
Selection
The specific outcome you are backing within a market. For a Match Winner market, Pakistan is one selection; India is another.
Bet Slip
The panel where your chosen selections are collected before you place the bet. You enter your stake here and see the potential payout before confirming.
Settlement
The process of grading a bet as won or lost after the event ends. On 3rrc, most bets settle automatically within minutes of the result being official.
Void Bet
A bet that is cancelled and the stake returned — typically because a match was abandoned, rescheduled, or the selected event did not take place.
Accumulator (Acca)
A bet combining multiple selections where all must win. The more selections, the higher the potential payout, but a single loss voids the whole bet.

Keeping Betting Under Control

Online betting is entertainment. Most of the time it is enjoyable — there's genuine excitement in following a PSL match with a bet running — but it needs to be approached with clear limits and a realistic mindset.

Set a Budget First

Decide in advance how much PKR you are comfortable spending in a week or month. Treat it the same as entertainment spending — it is the amount you are okay losing.

Don't Chase Losses

If you have a losing session, resist the urge to place larger bets to recover quickly. Chasing losses is the single most common way budgets spiral. If your limit is hit, stop for the day.

Time Limits Matter

Long sessions can cloud judgment. Setting a time limit for each betting session helps you stay sharp and prevents decisions made out of boredom or frustration.

18+ Only

All betting at 3rrc is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. If you are unsure whether betting is something you can manage responsibly, visit our Responsible Gaming page.

Deposit limits available: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits inside your 3rrc account settings at any time. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a cooling-off period.

Betting FAQ – Questions Pakistan Players Ask Most

The minimum deposit at 3rrc is PKR 100 across all supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers. Once your PKR 100 is credited, the minimum single bet is PKR 50. This means you can technically place two minimum bets from the minimum deposit. For accumulator bets, the minimum stake is also PKR 50 regardless of how many selections you add.

Most bets on 3rrc settle automatically within a few minutes of the official result being confirmed by the data provider. For cricket — including PSL — this is typically within 5 to 10 minutes of the final ball. Football bets usually settle within a few minutes of the full-time whistle. More complex markets that rely on official statistics (player run totals, method of dismissal counts) may take slightly longer as the data is verified. Settled winnings appear in your balance immediately and are ready to withdraw or reinvest in your next bet.

Cash Out is available on selected markets and events at 3rrc. When Cash Out is available for one of your active bets, you will see a Cash Out button in the My Bets section showing the current value. Tapping it settles your bet immediately at that value. The Cash Out price is calculated in real time based on current odds — it will be higher than your original stake if your bet is winning and lower if it is losing. Cash Out is not always available on every market, and it can be suspended temporarily during fast-changing moments like wickets falling in a PSL match.

3rrc allows up to 20 selections in a single accumulator bet. Two selections make a Double, three a Treble, and four or more are referred to as a fourfold, fivefold and so on. While large accumulators offer exciting multiplied returns, keep in mind that every single leg must win for the bet to pay out. Even a 10-leg accumulator at short odds on all selections carries real risk — one surprise result across 10 matches is quite likely. Most experienced bettors limit accumulators to 3–5 well-researched selections.
