Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your Pakistani mobile number, choose a password, confirm your currency as PKR and tick the age confirmation box. An OTP will be sent to your number — enter it to verify and your account is active. The whole process takes under two minutes. Registration is completely free.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use 3rrc. Age verification is required at registration and can be requested again at any time — particularly before a first withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately and balances are not paid out.

No. Each person is permitted one 3rrc account. Duplicate accounts — even under different mobile numbers or names — are not allowed. If two accounts are found belonging to the same person, both may be reviewed and bonus balances may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option rather than creating a new account.

Go to the Login page, enter your registered mobile number and password, and click Log In. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you will also be prompted for an OTP. If you have forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password?" to reset it via OTP verification on your registered number.

You can register, deposit and play without immediately uploading identity documents. However, identity verification — typically your CNIC — is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Submitting your documents early avoids delays when you are ready to cash out. The verification review usually completes within a few hours during normal support hours.

Some account details can be updated from the Account Settings menu after logging in. For changes to your registered mobile number — which is also your primary login and 2FA delivery point — you will need to contact support at [email protected] from your registered email address. Identity verification is required before the mobile number can be changed to prevent unauthorised account modifications.

Deposits & Payments

3rrc supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All deposits are in PKR so there is no currency conversion involved. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most commonly used methods — both process instantly and do not require a bank account.

The minimum deposit at 3rrc is PKR 100. This applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum cap for standard deposits, though very large single deposits may trigger an account security check as part of standard verification procedures.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited instantly — usually within seconds of completing the payment in your mobile wallet app. Raast transfers are also fast, typically within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

3rrc does not charge deposit fees for standard PKR transactions. Some payment providers — particularly banks — may apply their own transaction charges at their end. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically have no platform-side fees.

No. All payment methods must be in your own name. Using a third party's account for deposits is a Terms violation and can result in account suspension. Withdrawals are also only processed back to the verified payment method used for deposits — so using someone else's account creates problems at the withdrawal stage as well.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Cashier section. Select Withdrawal, choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount and confirm. Your withdrawal is sent to the verified payment method registered to your account. Make sure your identity verification (CNIC) is complete before you submit a withdrawal — unverified accounts have withdrawal requests held pending review.

Most withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. The first withdrawal from an account usually takes longer because identity verification must be completed first — subsequent withdrawals process faster once the account is fully verified.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount at 3rrc is PKR 500. This applies to all payment methods. Withdrawal requests below this threshold are not processed. There is no standard maximum on withdrawals, though very large amounts may require additional verification steps.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: identity verification not yet completed, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, a mismatch between account name and payment method name, or the withdrawal amount triggering a security check. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours without explanation, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.

Sports & Cricket Betting

Yes. Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, One Day Internationals and Test matches are all available for betting. Pre-match and live in-play markets are both offered on major cricket fixtures. During PSL season you will typically find markets on match winner, top batsman, total runs, wickets and over-by-over outcomes. Visit the Sports page for the current fixture list.

Live in-play betting lets you place bets on a match while it is already underway. Odds update in real time based on what is happening on the pitch — so if a wicket falls or a team is scoring quickly, the odds shift to reflect the new situation. You can place a bet at any point during the match as long as markets are still open. In-play betting is available on cricket, football, and other sports on the platform.

The minimum bet on sports markets at 3rrc is PKR 50. This applies to single bets and most accumulator legs. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event — higher-profile matches like Pakistan internationals and PSL finals typically have higher maximum stakes than lower-tier events.

If a match is abandoned, suspended or ruled a no result before the minimum number of overs required for a result, bets are typically voided and stakes returned to your account balance. However, settlement rules can vary depending on the specific market — some markets (like first innings runs) may still be settled if that innings has been completed. Yes. Accumulator bets (also called combo bets or parlays) are available. You can combine multiple selections across different matches or markets into a single bet with multiplied odds. The minimum number of legs and applicable boosted odds rules are shown in the bet builder. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is typically recalculated as an accumulator on the remaining legs.

Slots & Casino

Yes. All slot games on 3rrc use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure each spin outcome is independent and completely random. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information panel so you know what the statistical return is before you play.

Minimum bets vary by game. Many slots start from PKR 10 per spin, making it easy to play within a tight budget. Higher-variance or jackpot slots may have higher minimum bets. The bet range for each game is shown on the game tile before you open it — you do not need to launch the game to see the stake range.

Many slots offer a free play (demo) mode that lets you try the game mechanics without using your real balance. Note that winnings in demo mode are not real and cannot be withdrawn.

Check there before making your first deposit to understand the current offer. To claim, simply make a qualifying deposit after registration and the bonus is applied automatically.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough) specify how many times you need to wager a bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from it. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place PKR 10,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are listed in each offer's terms on the Promotions page.

No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering is incomplete, the bonus balance is typically forfeited and only your real-money balance (if any) is returned. Some players choose to decline bonuses to keep full flexibility on withdrawals — this option is available when claiming a promotion.

Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings and select Responsible Gaming. Choose Deposit Limits, set your daily, weekly or monthly cap in PKR and confirm. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour delay before activating, giving you time to reconsider. Setting a deposit limit before your first deposit is one of the simplest ways to keep spending within your budget.

Self-exclusion closes your access to 3rrc for a chosen period or permanently. It takes effect immediately after activation and cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion to access the option, or contact support at [email protected] if you need assistance setting it up. Any verified real-money balance can be returned after a permanent self-exclusion — contact support to arrange this.

Yes. A cooling-off period lets you pause access for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanently closing your account. During the cooling-off period you cannot deposit or place bets. The period runs to its full duration regardless of any request to reactivate early. This is by design — the value of a cooling-off period depends on it being a firm commitment.
