These are the rules that govern your use of the 3rrc platform. They cover account registration, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, bonus eligibility, betting rules and responsible gaming requirements. Please read them before creating your account.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3rrc ("the Platform," "we," "us") and any individual who registers an account or otherwise accesses the services available at 3rrc.pro ("you," "the Player"). During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. 3rrc may require documentary verification of your identity, age and payment method at any point. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Your 3rrc account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — private and secure at all times. You must not share access with another person, allow others to use your account, or use another person's account for any reason.
All activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 3rrc support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but we cannot be held responsible for unauthorised transactions that occurred before you reported the issue.
All financial transactions on 3rrc are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfers, standard bank transfers and compatible debit cards or mobile wallets.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed in real time under normal network conditions. Bank transfers process during banking hours. 3rrc does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200 (may vary by method). Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes communicated in the Cashier section at the time of request. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account verification is incomplete or if a security review is in progress.
3rrc offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. Each promotion has specific terms attached — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount and expiry period. These specific terms are published on the individual promotion page and form part of these Terms.
General principles that apply to all 3rrc bonuses:
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 3rrc, including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, domestic fixtures), football, esports and all other sports covered by the platform.
Casino games on 3rrc — including slots, live casino tables, bingo and any other game products — use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, physical equipment operated by trained dealers. The outcome of every game is independent and cannot be influenced by previous results or by any action of 3rrc or its operators.
Each slot game displays its theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage in its information or help section. RTP is a long-run statistical average and does not guarantee any individual result within a session. Variance in outcomes is inherent to all casino games.
3rrc takes fair play seriously. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance review and potential permanent closure:
If 3rrc reasonably suspects any of the above, we reserve the right to suspend your account and withhold any pending withdrawal while an investigation is conducted. The outcome of that investigation determines whether suspended funds are released or forfeited.
3rrc collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.
Key points: your data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. 3rrc does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by contacting support.

3rrc may suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:
In the event of closure due to a player's own request or inactivity, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method following identity verification.
In the event of closure due to a breach of Terms, 3rrc will conduct a review before releasing or forfeiting any balance. The player will be notified of the outcome.
3rrc provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain service availability and game integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

Our total liability to any player in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount of that player's real-money balance at the time of the incident, excluding bonus funds.
3rrc reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently to address a legal or security issue.
